Reconnecting with yourself, improving self-awareness, and learning how to tap into your body’s self-regulatory systems and mechanisms to rebalance will give you powerful skills to support your body’s and mind’s healing mechanisms and enable you to sense when your attention is needed BEFORE pain, injury, and disease manifest.

    I am teaching in English or German.

    We can work online or offline in the city center of Munich or in and around Starnberg.

    You don’t need any equipment or prior knowledge, but your physician’s approval that you can engage in mindful training methods such as Pilates and Melt (neuro-fascial training method).
    In case you want to work with me online only, we can talk about which small equipment you have or may need to get to meet your goals.
