  • The full POSTPARTUM Program is designed for all postpartum mummies no matter when your last birth was and it is split into 2 parts.

    The first part of the POSTPARTUM Program is an online course covering everything you need in the RECOVER PHASE and it can start at week 1 post labor. It is taught via my APP with recorded sessions.

    Part 2 is a 4-week Program covering the RESTORE PHASE, starting the soonest after week 16 post labor and the latest whenever you are ready, where we will be working together live in private coaching sessions after you went through the online course material of the RECOVER PHASE.
