ABOUT ME

I am Katharina, a former professional ballerina, STOTT Pilates instructor trainer, health coach for integrative nutrition, MELT instructor, wife of an ex-tennis pro, and twin mum.

PHYSICAL HEALTH has always been the center of my attention throughout my career out of necessity, but only after working with so many clients privately and becoming a Mama, I realized how closely interconnected our minds and bodies are and how insufficient it is to just approach any problem from just one point of view. I had to find a more holistic way to deal with my own struggles and also to help my clients in their individual health journeys.

MY HEALTH COACHING STUDIES at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition gave me a  bird’s eye view of health and how to approach health from various angles and not just one.

BY COMBINING the bodywork I already did for years with holistic health coaching and the neuro-fascial health component of MELT, I created a much more powerful and impactful way of working with clients to guide them towards their goals and putting them back on track in just a few weeks.

MY MISSION is to empower clients to take back control over their health and well-being by restoring their innate self-awareness and helping them tap into self-responsibility.
I teach my clients how to use their body sense to spot imbalances and irregularities before they manifest as pain or injuries, I help them boost their self-healing and self-coping mechanisms, and I show them how to use their strengths and innate gifts to create better and healthier habits to not only get but stay healthy, strong, and fit.

MY GOAL is to empower my clients to know how to work with, treat, and nourish body, mind, and soul so they can live a long healthy life without the help and ongoing support from health professionals, including me.

That is why I created my 4-week programs, kind of a boot camp for health and fitness considering specific and individual goals and outcomes instead of just working for years with someone without time-bound specific results. 

To work with me is like preparing a salad together.

As your coach, I offer ingredients and instructions on what to put in the salad and how to put your salad together.
At the end of our journey together we will have prepared a wonderful, healthy, and nutritious salad, specifically created for your needs and tastebuds, but whether you eat it or not and how often you will prepare it in the future it will be on you!
